The Hollow Grinder
The Hollow Grinder makes the job of sharpening the knife quicker and more accurate by reducing the amount of drag on the knife. As a knife wears it becomes thicker in the shoulder and can quickly become too hard to sharpen. By using the Metalform Hollow Grinder a knife can be rejuvenated rather then discarded, significantly reducing knife replacement costs.

Knife Setter
The Metalform Knife Setter has been developed to be used in conjunction with the hollow grinder, and features two independent clamping jaws to allow the knife dresser to sharpen any shaped blade to a consistent and precise angle

Training
The training programme is critical to the success of the Metalform Knifecare System. Through training, the equipment will be used correctly and consistently and the end result will be the reduction in knife related injuries, knife replacement costs, and a more efficient, productive and happier workforce.
