Terms & Conditions

• The customer acknowledges that it is purchasing the product to operate within the conditions specified by Metalform in which the performance of the product is guaranteed.
• For new Butchers Buddy's only, sold directly to the customer by Metalform (Dannevirke) Ltd.
• If you are not happy with the performance or some other aspect of this machine, we will accept the return of it within 30 days from the date of contract.
• A full refund of money paid will be made on its return, providing the condition is, as was at time of delivery.
• Return freight costs to the manufacturer, Metalform (Dannevirke) Ltd in New Zealand, will be incurred by the customer.
